How it works
So how does this work?
We want VidiVeni in as many travelers' pockets as possible. Long-term, we plan to partner directly with venues — activity hosts, restaurants, bars — so they can highlight what they offer in the places where travelers are already looking.
Those partnerships are optional, clearly labelled, and far off. Anything in your guide today is there because it belongs — not because someone paid for it. Traveler-facing features will always be free, full stop.
B2B pilot
For hotels, agencies & operators
Alongside the free traveler product, we're quietly running a paid pilot for hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and concierges who want to hand branded guides to guests and clients — with their logo, their colours, their voice.
- Branded guides — your logo, colours and home-screen icon, baked in as each guide is created
- The "Powered by VidiVeni" mark switched off on request
- Higher guide quotas per account
- Direct line to the founding team
One thing worth knowing up front: your branding is applied to a guide when that guide is made, and a guide never changes afterwards. Rebrand next season and every new guide picks it up — the ones already installed on a guest's phone keep the look they were handed.
Pricing is per partner — built around your volume and what you actually need.
