For business

Your brand, in your guest’s pocket.

Hotels, travel agencies, tour operators and concierges hand their clients a branded city guide that installs in one tap and works offline for the whole trip. It is a small paid pilot, and it starts with a conversation.

You already give guests something on arrival — a printed map, a laminated card of recommendations, a PDF nobody opens twice. VidiVeni replaces it with a guide that lives on their phone, carries your name and colours, and keeps working in the metro.

We are deliberately running this small. Every pilot partner is onboarded by hand, which is the honest reason there is no pricing card to click: we would rather understand your volume before quoting you a number.

What you get today

Your brand, on every guide you make

Logo, favicon, brand colour, accent colour — and the support address guests write to — set once under Organization in your dashboard. Every guide your team creates from that point carries them.

A guide that stops changing once you send it

Branding is stamped onto the guide at the moment it is created, not read live. Rebrand next spring and the guide already installed on a guest’s phone stays exactly as you handed it over.

Your own team, your own logins

Invite colleagues yourself and set what each of them can do — make guides, or oversee everyone’s. No emailing us to add a seat.

One view over everything your team ships

Managers and owners see every guide the organization has made, not only their own — and can revoke a share link the moment it should stop working.

Traveler feedback on your guides, and only yours

What guests report on your guides reaches you, scoped to your organization by construction. Removing traveler content stays ours to do: an organization deleting criticism of itself is not a feature we will build.

Quotas set to your volume

Guide limits are per organization and we set them where your operation needs them. The “Powered by VidiVeni” line at the foot of a guide can come off too — ask, and we switch it off for your account.

And what you don’t, yet

The list above is what runs in production today. This is the rest of it — the things a partner reasonably expects that we have not built:

  • Custom domains. Guides are shared from vidiveni.app links. guides.yourhotel.com is not wired up yet.
  • Your own venue catalogue. Every guide draws on one shared, curated catalogue. You cannot yet keep a private list of venues only your guides use.
  • Self-serve plans. There is no checkout and no plan picker. Pricing is a conversation, which is why this page ends in a form and not a card number.
  • An API. No API keys, no programmatic generation. Guides are made in the dashboard.

All four are on the roadmap. None of them are in the product, so none of them are in the price.

Usually within one business day, always within three.

Business days are Monday to Friday, CET. Every request reaches a person — there is no ticket queue and no bot in between.

Tell us about your setup

Roughly how many guides you would hand out, and what you give guests today. That is enough for us to come back with a number rather than a range.

We store your email address and that it came from this page, and use what you write here only to reply to you. This form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Rather just write to us? info@vidiveni.app. Travelers, and anything that isn’t pricing, belong on the contact page.
