About
Forty browser tabs. Three review sites. A guidebook from 2019. There had to be a better way.
VidiVeni started from one observation: planning a city trip is miserable. You spend hours with forty browser tabs open, hopping between review sites, blog posts, and travel apps that gate everything behind a paywall — and you still arrive unsure whether the restaurant is any good or if that museum is open on Mondays.
So we built something that replaces the whole mess. Tell us where you're going and when, and AI assembles a full itinerary — attractions, restaurants, bars, insider tips, day by day. You review everything, swap what doesn't fit, and end up with a guide that's genuinely yours. It installs on your phone with one tap and works offline through the whole trip.
No app store. No account for the friends you share it with. No paywall. Just a link.
Every decision starts with one question: does this make the trip better? If the answer is no, we don’t ship it.
AI builds the curated starting point — real places, practical tips, day by day. You stay in control. Review, swap, reshape. It’s your guide.
Travelers roam. Data is expensive and unreliable. Your guide installs once and works everywhere after that — subway, countryside, dead zones, all of it.
The best travel tool is the one people actually use. Paywalls kill that. So we don’t have one — and we never will.
VidiVeni will always be free for travelers. That's not a promise we'll quietly walk back — it's baked into how the business works.
Long-term, once enough travelers plan trips with VidiVeni, we plan to partner with venues — activity hosts, restaurants, bars — so they can highlight what they offer in the places where travelers are already looking. Those partnerships are strictly optional, clearly labelled, and will never crowd out honest recommendations. Nothing in your guide today is paid placement.
In the near term, we run a small B2B pilot for hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators who want to hand branded guides to their guests. That's where our early revenue comes from, and it funds everything you get for free.
