About

The simplest way to plan a city trip.

VidiVeni started from a simple observation: planning a city trip is miserable. You spend hours with forty browser tabs open, hopping between review sites, blog posts, and travel apps that gate everything behind a paywall — and you still arrive unsure whether the restaurant is any good or if that museum is open on Mondays.

We built a platform that replaces that entire process. Tell us where you're going and when, and AI builds a full itinerary in seconds — attractions, restaurants, bars, insider tips, day by day. The result is a Progressive Web App you install with one tap and carry offline through your trip.

No app store. No account for the friends you share it with. No paywall. Just a link.

What we believe

Travelers first, always

Every decision starts with the question "does this make the trip better?" If the answer is no, we don’t ship it.

AI as a tool, not a gimmick

AI helps us build a curated itinerary with real places and practical tips. You stay in control — review, edit, and reshape every guide.

Offline first

Travelers roam. Data is expensive. Guides work fully offline once installed — no Wi-Fi needed at the destination, no foreign-SIM hassle.

Free, so travelers actually use it

A guide you keep in your pocket is more useful than one locked behind a paywall. VidiVeni is free for travelers, forever.

How we plan to keep this free

VidiVeni will always be free for travelers. We're focused first on getting the consumer experience right — that's the whole product.

Long term, once enough travelers plan trips with VidiVeni, we plan to partner directly with activity hosts, restaurants, and bars around the world. Venues will be able to highlight what they offer in the places where travelers are already looking. Those partnerships are strictly optional, clearly labelled, and will never replace honest recommendations.

Alongside the free consumer product, we also run a small B2B pilot for hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators who want to hand branded guides to their guests. That's where our near-term revenue comes from, and it helps fund the free consumer offering.
