Build the guide
only you could make.
Pick a city. Curate your places. Build a private, offline-ready guide that installs on your phone like a native app. No App Store, no paywall, no Wi-Fi required. And planning it? Half the fun.

Any city you can name
The world doesn't run short of places worth the detour.
Built around the way real travelers move.
Yours, top to bottom
Not someone else's recycled top-10. Your handpicked places, your pacing, your idea of the perfect day — no algorithm standing between you and a great trip.
A real app. No App Store.
Install from your browser with one tap. It lands on your home screen and works exactly like an app you paid for — because the technology underneath is the same.
Day-by-day, slot by slot
Morning, afternoon, evening. Drag places around until the rhythm feels right. Swap anything, rearrange everything — the schedule is yours to own.
Works without signal
Underground tunnels, far-flung villages, sketchy airport Wi-Fi. Your guide is fully cached and available everywhere — no data roaming panic.
One link. No sign-up.
Paste a private link in the group chat. Everyone installs your guide without creating an account. The group chat can deal with something else.
Actually free
Not free-for-two-weeks. Not free-unless-you-want-the-useful-bits. VidiVeni is free for every traveler, on every trip, forever. No card. No countdown.
Growing destination library
Pick a city. The groundwork is already done.
Each city has a curated library of verified places — restaurants, sights, bars — ready to anchor your guide. In any of six languages.
Lisbon
Portugal
Amsterdam
Netherlands
Riga
Latvia
Florence
Italy
Bruges
Belgium
Edinburgh
Scotland
Prague
Czechia
Dubrovnik
Croatia
Barcelona
Spain
Athens
GreeceAnd anywhere else you ask — built on demand.
However you travel, VidiVeni fits.
48 hours in Prague. Three weeks, solo. Six people who can't agree on anything. VidiVeni shapes itself around the trip, not the other way around.
48-Hour Maximalists
No filler days. Build a tight, high-impact plan for the city break where every hour counts — and leave knowing you missed nothing worth missing.
The One Who Organises Everything
Build the master guide. Share one link with the group. Everyone shows up knowing where dinner is — and you finally get credit for the planning.
Couples & Honeymoons
Hand-pick the restaurants, the hidden courtyards, the late-night bars. Design the romance you actually want — not the one someone else had.
Solo and Free
Flexible enough to wander. Structured enough to feel confident. The perfect safety net for going your own way.
Zero to guide in the time it takes to finish your coffee.
Pick your canvas
Choose your city, set your dates, and unlock a curated library of the places that make it worth visiting.

Amsterdam app is ready!
4 days · Offline-ready · 6 languages
Stop following other people's guides.
You decide. AI handles the rest.
You're in the driving seat. AI does the research, drafts the descriptions, fills the gaps — then waits for your approval before anything is set.
Six languages, native throughout
English, Dutch, French, Flemish, German, Spanish — written natively from the start, not translated after the fact. Every word reads like a local wrote it.
Private by default
Your guide lives on a private link you control. No public profile, no indexed page, no data sold to anyone. Delete it anytime, consequence-free.
Planning should feel good
The pre-trip ritual is half the joy. VidiVeni makes it feel like designing something beautiful — not filling in a spreadsheet at midnight.
For travel businesses
Hand your guests a guide with your name on it.
Hotels, travel agencies, tour operators and concierges are running a small paid pilot with us — every partner onboarded by hand. It starts with a conversation, not a checkout.
- Your brand, on every guide you make. Logo, favicon, your two colours and the support address guests write to — set once, then carried by every guide your team creates.
- It stops changing the moment you hand it over. Rebrand next spring and the guide already sitting on a guest's phone stays exactly as you gave it to them.
- Pricing is a conversation. No plan picker, no card number. Tell us the volume you have in mind and we come back with a number rather than a range.
Good questions.
Is it really free?
Yes — genuinely, completely, permanently. No credit card, no trial, no feature locked behind a paywall. While we’re in private beta a free account holds two live guides at a time, and can build up to ten new ones a week — retire a finished trip and the slot opens again. Nothing you build is ever paywalled back from you.
How does it stay free?
A small B2B pilot for hotels, agencies, and tour operators funds the traveler product today. Long-term, we plan to let venues highlight themselves inside the app on their own terms, clearly labelled. Optional, far off, and never without you knowing. Nothing in your guide today is paid placement.
How accurate is the AI — won’t it just invent places?
Every place in your guide is a real venue from our verified library, not freshly hallucinated. We re-check every website monthly and flag anything that’s gone dark, moved, or closed. AI handles the descriptions and the day-by-day pacing — the places themselves are real, and you can swap any of them before you share.
What about my privacy and data?
We don’t sell data, we don’t track you across the web, and we don’t need an account from travelers who just open a shared guide. Analytics are pseudonymous and opt-out. Full breakdown on the privacy page — written in plain English, not legalese.
Does it work offline?
Fully. Install it as a PWA — one tap from your browser — and the whole guide works without Wi-Fi or data. Maps, tips, itinerary, packing list. All of it.
How do I install it on my iPhone or Android?
On iPhone: open the guide link in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. On Android: open in Chrome, tap the menu, then “Install app”. The icon lands on your home screen and behaves like any native app — no App Store, no account.
Do I need an account? Do my travel companions?
You sign up once to build and save your guides — and during the private beta that takes an invite, so join the waitlist below and we’ll send you one. Everyone you share a finished guide with installs it without an account or an invite — no barrier between them and your masterpiece. One link, however many companions.
How much control do I have vs the AI?
Total. The AI builds a curated starting point from your dates and preferences, then gets out of the way. Swap places, rewrite descriptions, rearrange every day. It’s your guide — not the AI’s.
What if a place has closed or moved since publication?
We sweep every website monthly and run periodic closure audits. Anything flagged as gone or closed is excluded from new guides automatically. If something still slips through, edit or swap it from your dashboard in two clicks before you share.
What languages and cities are supported?
Six languages: English, Dutch, French, Flemish, German, and Spanish — written natively, never machine-translated. Hundreds of cities seeded today across Europe, North America, North Africa, and Asia, and any city you can name is one click away — the AI builds it on demand from real venues, then it joins the library for the next traveler.
I run a hotel or travel agency — can we use it?
We’re quietly running a B2B pilot for travel businesses who want to hand branded guides to guests and clients — your logo, your colours, your home-screen icon. Worth knowing up front: branding is applied when a guide is made and a guide never changes afterwards, so a rebrand reaches every new guide while the ones already on a guest’s phone keep the look they were handed. Drop us a line and we’ll share what’s possible.
